Terms of use
Human Opinion is a free daily AI news app made by Logic Talk AI LLC ("we"). By using Human Opinion you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
1. What Human Opinion is
Human Opinion gives you short summaries of news about artificial intelligence, with links to the original sources, plus polls, quick quizzes and a glossary. It is for general information. It is not legal, medical, financial or professional advice. Check the original source before you act on anything you read here.
2. Who can use it
Anyone can read Human Opinion. The email brief and voting are for people 13 and older. Voting needs an account: one email, no password, one account per person. If you are under 18, use Human Opinion with a parent's or guardian's knowledge.
3. Accuracy and corrections
We check every number in a human-edited story against its source and label the proof level. Stories marked as AI summaries are written by software from a single source and may contain mistakes; they are labeled so you can tell. If we get something wrong, we correct it on the story. You can flag a problem from the "..." menu on any story.
4. Fair voting
Polls are for people. One person, one vote per question, and votes lock once cast. Do not vote through bots, scripts, AI agents or more than one account. We may remove votes that break this rule and block the accounts or networks involved.
5. Your use of Human Opinion
You may read, share links and quote short passages with a link back. You may not copy the app, scrape it at scale, resell its content, try to identify other readers, or interfere with how it runs. Headlines and articles we link to belong to their publishers.
6. Email
If you sign up for the brief, we email you only what you asked for. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Details are in the privacy notice.
7. Beta
Human Opinion is a work in progress. Features may change, pause or disappear without notice, and the service may be down at times. We may end the beta at any time.
8. No warranty, limited liability
Human Opinion is provided as is, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Logic Talk AI LLC is not liable for any loss that comes from using Human Opinion or from relying on anything in it. Nothing here limits rights the law does not let us limit.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we point out changes that matter inside the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
