Human Opinion is a free daily AI news app made by Logic Talk AI LLC, a Florida company. This page says what we collect, why, and what we never do with it, in plain words.
The short version
- You can read everything without an account and without giving us anything.
- If you ask for the email brief, we keep your email address and your choices so we can send it. Nothing else.
- We never sell or share your personal data, your email, or any one person's answers. Not now, not later.
- Your reading settings and saved stories stay on your own device. Voting needs a sign-in by email, so each person counts once.
What we collect, and why

Your account
Reading needs no account. To vote, you sign in with your email: we send a link, you tap it, and that browser is signed in. There is no password to make or lose. One email is one account, and one account is one vote per question. Sign-in emails go through Resend, an email delivery service that processes the address on our behalf. Sign out from the You tab. To delete your account and its votes, email franco@logictalk.ai from that address and we do it within 10 days.
Bots and the services behind the app
The sign-up and sign-in forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It runs a quick check in your browser and may use a cookie for that check only. Human Opinion runs on Cloudflare servers in the United States. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms and does not get to use your data for itself.
Human Opinion sets no advertising cookies and uses no advertising trackers.
Votes and poll results
When public voting opens, we will publish and may license totals only, such as "61 percent of readers who follow health said yes." Breakdowns appear only when at least 10 people are in a group in the app, and at least 25 in anything we sell. Names, emails and single answers are never part of any report.
How long we keep it
Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send will have a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing deletes your address within 10 days. If sending never starts for an address, we delete it after 12 months.
Your choices
- See, change or delete what we hold about you: write to the address below. We answer within 30 days and ask nothing beyond what we need to find your record.
- Unsubscribe: the link in any email, or write to us.
- Reset the app on your device: You tab, "See the welcome again", or clear your browser data.
Children
Human Opinion email is for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child gave us an email address, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters to you, we say so inside the app and, if you get the brief, in the next email. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
